When we all use the slitting machine, what do we need to do when we turn on the power?

        1. Check whether the static elimination mode has been turned on. This is to prevent the machine from malfunctioning and causing unnecessary losses during operation. .

        2. Turn on the air pressure switch of the slitter and adjust it to between 0.5 and 0.6. The adjustment of air pressure is very critical, because it will affect the stability of operation. After adjustment, use three to six cones to place the mother roll in the roll section. After the mother roll is placed in the roll section, the machine should be debugged. Compare the size of the mother roller, press the up or down button, adjust the unwinding rack to the appropriate height, and then clamp the roll film to make Rotate uniformly or quickly.

        3. Press the height adjustment button to confirm the safety. Then to install the blade, first check the blade edge of the blade to see if there is any damage, select the appropriate cutting method according to the need, and adjust the placement of the blade.

        4. After this step is completed, you can debug the paper core module.

        The adjustment of the paper core is to enable the paper to be placed in a relatively correct position, so that the cut pieces of paper will be very uniform. After all the commissioning work is completed, a unified trial operation of the slitter is required and it can be used.
