Application:
The machine is suitable for the slitting, rewinding of the following items:
Copper foil of power lithium battery,
Copper foil of digital lithium battery,
Copper foil of electronic products,
Performance and Features:
The machine uses PLC, touch display screen, servo driver with servo motor.
The PLC controls the rolling speed and tension of the slitting process.
Automatically calculated the rewinding and unwinding diameter.
The diameter tolerance is±1 mm.
Automatic deceleration stop once unwinding to small diameter.
Automatically stop once reaching the preset length.
Automatically stop once the copper foil is broken.
The rewinding adopts by the surface of the upper and lower shaft center. Rewinding by single shaft is also workable.
The winding shaft and rewinding shaft are the special inflatable shaft.
The slitting is finished by the upper/lower round cutter or straight cutter.
The slitting width is adjustable.
With the quality electrical components, simple circuit and highly automatically , the machine is easy to operate and maintain.
